Dear morphometricians,
I have a question regarding the PLS within configuration function in
MorphoJ.
I would like to be able to match shape change to the distribution of the
specimens along the PLS axes.
Thus, I would like to ask which one of the two extreme patterns
(turquoise wireframe or dark-blue wireframe) corresponds to the
individuals of the positive extreme of the PLS axis.
