I have just uploaded version 1.47 of tpsUtil to the Stony Brook
Morphometrics web site. It fixes a problem in the ‘build variables
matrix’ option to better handle the case when some of the variables are
missing. This was especially a problem when they were missing in the
first specimen in the tps file.
