Dear Hanen

I think you should first read up on PLS analysis to learn the approach
(or maybe even attend one of the workshops that are announced now and
then on Morphmet and on the Stony Brook web site). Then you can think in
more detail on how to use PLS (maybe incombination with other
techniques) to address specific questions in your project. Once you can
define the questions in a more specific manner, using MorphoJ or other
software will be easier.
