Marco,

Once you have warped the mesh, you have to export the ply model from C,
then you can open the model on it's own in Landmark and there you can
take screenshots and videos.

    Hi everyone,
I'm here with a short question:

I'm using MorphoJ and Landmark to perform a Generalized Procrustes
Analysis and PCA of my specimens.
Specifically, I'm using Landmark to explore shape changes along each PC
as deformation of a .ply file.
All the process is clear, and the .ply deformation in Landmark works
    fine.
I would like to take some snapshots or recording an animated sequence of the warping. However, it seems impossible to hide the landmarks from the
mesh. Do somebody have any suggestion?

    Thanks in advance

    marco
