hi
I’m having a problem with an allometry test. I´m working with fish data
which were corrected by the “unbend specimens” tool from TPSutil. The
problem is with the estimation of the centroid size. There is a
difference in two orders of magnitude in the CS between the bend and
unbend specimens.
Moreover, when I perform a regression between Procrustes coordinates and
LnCs in MorphoJ, the individuals appear grouped in a few values of LnCs,
something that doesn’t occur when I use the non-corrected data by the
“unbend specimens”.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers
