structures

Could someone help me with a morphometric question? I wonder if there is
any way to make a parallel study (I mean working in a same project of
MorphoJ) about the shape variation of two different structures belonging to
the same type of organism. I would like to see if there is a variation of
one structure over the other one.
I usually work with MorphoJ, for that reason if anyone knows how to perform this
kind of analysis with this program I would be very grateful.
If anyone knows some papers about this topic I would also be very interested
in.
