Anna,

You can simplify the mesh in Meshlab (http://meshlab.sourceforge.net/). Reducing the number of vertices will decrease the file size, and thus the rendering speed will increase..

Does anyone have any advice on the way to transform huge .ply files into lighter .ply files,
and how to control for the quality of the resulting image?
We should use LADMARK to collect 3D landmarks, but my pc is not able to handle huge files.

Thank you

Anna Loy
