Hi folks, I have 2 individuals digitized 2d. I would like, ** in R** to simulate new data by "jittering" landmarks coordinates around the observed ones separately for any of the two individuals. I wrote some codes (using jitter() ) that did not work optimally however. Does some one have some suggestion?
