Hello, Past includes several modules for point pattern analysis:

Ripley's K analysis, Nearest Neigbour analysis, 2D kernel density maps,
point alignment detection, spatial autocorrelation, gridding with
different algorithms (including kriging), semivariogram modeling, etc.,
interactively with graphics.
