I am curently working on planktonic foraminifera outlines, and I wished to characterize a gradual evolutionnary transition using Eigenshape analysis. I have already oriented, imaged and extracted specimens oulines. I am looking for a way (a software ?) to interpolate my outlines at constant interval along the oulines as it is usually recommended, in batch mode ( I have more than 600 images). I had previously made a linear interpolation algo but as my outlines are now very circular, it is no longer working... Does anyone have this kind of program or can recomand me a good one (better if it's free) ? Thank you in Advance Yannick MARY. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program. ----- End forwarded message ----- ----- End forwarded message -----
