Ciao Marco,
this is not what you may be looking for but it should be simple and fast.

One can use NTS as an intermediate. There should be routines to
import/export as NTS in R. The R people will tell you. Anyway, NTS is so
simple that I would do it manually:

On the first row you write: 1 numberofspecimens
numberofvariables(i.e.,landmarksby2or3) 0
then: all your raw coordinates from xls
finally, save with extension txt

Mlogika imports NTS and saves it as Mlogika. You will then have to add
manually additional info (groups, names, wireframes etc.), which you'd have
to do anyway. I use an example file that you find in the help and replace
with my own bits the relevant parts.

Good luck.
Cheers

Andrea
