Dear Don

I did not make any changes to the file, but you have to make sure you use the
right settings. Do the following.

Obviously, start by opening MorphoJ.
File --> Create new project
at "Dimensionality of the data" click '3 dimensions'
at "File type" click 'Morphologika'
Then, select your file and click 'Create dataset'
The screen should now read: "Reading from Morphologika file 'Test.txt'.Finished
reading the file."
Go to the tab "Project tree" and click on your project (should be the bottom
line in the tree)
Preliminaries --> New Procrustes fit
Choose your preferred method and click 'Perform Procrustes fit'

Your Procrustes fit should appear on screen in the "Graphhics" tab. The MorphoJ
manual should be able to help you out with any further things you might like to
do, such as PCA.
Good luck!

Best wishes,

Anneke

Anneke,
What changes to this do I need to make to make this file load into
MorphoJ. I received an error message saying that [landmarks] had fwewer
than two datasets, but it doesn't.
How do I tweak this? Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Don

Dear Don Lewis

I have no problem loading the file in Morphologika on my machine, but I
cannot to a procrustes analysis either. So, it seems there might be a
problem with the file somewhere, but to be honest, I do not see it (at
least not at first sight)... I have no problem loading your file in
MorphoJ though, so you might consider using this program instead, which
is possibly a quicker solution.

Best wishes,

Anneke van Heteren

Friends,
Would someone please check to see whether this file loads and runs on
Morphlogika?
I cannot get it to load on any computer to which I have access, no
matter what generation of MS Windows OS is running.
Have I made an error somewhere?
Thanks,
Don Lewis
