Dear Don,
They should both go in the same direction.
So if you look at the skull from the front and suppose you have taken
the following landmarks:
1. nasion
2. rhinion
3. nasomaxillare left
4. nasomaxillare right
You would get the following clockwise polygons:
1 3 2
1 2 4
Just make sure all the other polygons you make are then also viewed
from the same perspective (from the front of the skull), and all also
run in the same direction.
If it doesn't work still... you are welcome to send me a file so I can
try it for you (marlijn.noback *at* ifu.uni-tuebingen.de
