I can't check now but suspect that if you right click on the visualization
window, you might find specific shapes. Selecting the results of mapping
shapes onto phylogeny and then using the menu file export you might be able
to export all shapes (leaves and nodes). I've not used those options for a
while. My apologies for misleading suggestions!
