I will check again the code, I suppose there is a bug.

Dear all,

When the consensus shape is not reached in the Procrustes generalized analysis?

I have a base data of two groups of 30 individuals each, and 14
landmarks, and processed it by a PGA using the  CLIC package
(Jean-Pierre Dujardin;
http://bioinfo-prod.mpl.ird.fr/morphometrics/clic/). But I never saw
the consensus shape, because I forced the program to close after
20,000 iterations and several hours of run.

I would appreciate your response.

Nicolas
