I have used DVLR to combine dorsal and ventral landmarks from two
skulls. The output is titled "combined_mophologika".
Of course I have to add the command line [individuals] etc.
I am having to save my data directly from EXCEL into a .prn file, which
ends up a pdf but indeed a .prn file because Notepad won't allow a .prn
format.
Was I supposed to add the command lines before I "dvlr"ed?
The dvlr instructions didn't say so.
In the Tk dvlr window, I selected the file, then selected Morphologika
Formatted files with "all individuals combined(landmarks only)" It says
"processed 0 files". The file created is combinined_morphologika.txt.
I added the command lines, saved, and then opened to run in
Morphologika. It still does not work.
When I open the "combined_morphologika" file( which I believed would
indicate that dvlr had indeed "combined" the files) I see empty command
lines, and nothing else.
just [individuals] 0, [landmarks] none etc.
When I therefor fill in all those command lines, I would expect to have
"processed files" which I could then put into Notepad and run in
Morphologika, or run in EVAN.
Am I missing a step here?
Was I supposed to put the command lines [xxx] in before applying dvlr?
