Subject: combining datasets in MorphoJ

Hello,
I am looking for a way to combine multiple datasets for analysis in MorphoJ.
Each dataset contains landmarks for a separate shape (i.e. spider
carapace, leg #1, abdomen). Does MorphoJ allow for this type of analysis
where all components of the spider can be combined for shape analysis or
should I just build the individual matrices and then use another program?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
