Greetings,
I have recently started morphometrics
analysis of some plant leaves.
I'm using TPS suite for this purpose. I
have got two queries:
1) Where can I find resources
that would help me understand the underlying principles of these programs esp.
tpsSplin. I'm from non mathematical background, but would still like a
detailed explanation.
2) I have land-marked my specimens using tpsDig2 and also
have generated a slider file using tpsUtil. But I'm not sure how to integrate
the two files so that tpsSplin may be able to slide semi-landmarks.
