downloading ChainMan3d

Hi all,
I've been having problems starting up ChainMan3d once the file is downloaded and unzipped to a location. The error message reads - unable to find MET file. I have a Windows 7 OS but I understand the program was developed in XP so was thinking this could be the problem. Has anyone successfully run ChainMan3d on 7/does anyone know what the problem may be with finding the MET file? Any help would be much appreciated,
