Hi,
I'm still new to morphometrics and having a
tough time with the jargon and other things. It will be great if someone could
explain me following:
1) What is a Weight Matrix? What do UniX and
UniY columns at end of weight matrix mean?
2) What are the datapoints in PCA scatterplot? I mean what kind of values
would datapoints in PC1 vs PC2 plot represent?
3) I want to correlate
sizes of my object to their shape. Could someone explain to me how to do that in
step by step manner.
