Hi, Aki. We played with one of these yesterday in my Vienna class:

The software was a bit flaky. Would crash if you tried to scan, process, 
save. Stable if you scanned, saved, reopened later for processing. 

Worked easily and well, otherwise. 

The folks here have only just begun using it, so no accuracy info. 

I attach my own mug from yesterday for your consideration. Open in 
meshlab (http://meshlab.sourceforge.net/).
