problems with installing IMP7

Hey guys,
currently I´m trying to install IMP 7 (developed by David Sheets). Unfortunately it doesn´t work ...
This is what happens:

I managed to install the necessary installer. But when I run the installer to install Matlab an error occurrs because some kind of component cannot be registered. The error´s name is: Error 2908 and the component that could not be registered is called {7B4D29B0-F69A-4C33-BCCC96DA0E6D}.


When this happens I can chose whether I want to stop the installation, whether I want to retry the process or whether I want to ignore the error. - When I press "retry" I won´t get further and when I press "ignore" another error window appears telling me:


Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {7B4D29B0-F69A-4C33-BCCC96DA0E6D}. HRESULT: 0x8002802F.


- Did someone of you encounter the same problem? What can I do to avoid this error? Please help me.
