Dear Clarissa,
in addition to what others have suggested, I would like to point out
that NTSYSpc has routines for performing elliptic Fourier analyses
with different options for standardization/orientation.
I suggest this as it might be relatively straightforward to go from
tpsDig to NTSYSpc.

I never tried the following but I guess it should work:
- recently I suggested to another MORPHMET user how, using a text
editor, one could save curves as landmark points in a TPS file (see
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg03095.html )
- Then you could use tpsUtil to convert the TPS file in NTS format
- At that point you should be able to use the NTS file in NTSYSpc

I hope this helps.
Carmelo
