Hello Edgar, maybe you could start reading “geometric morphometrics for biologist”. That book is easy to understand and from there you can pick it up. Also there is an article : Leaf Morphology, Taxonomy and Geometric Morphometrics: A Simplified Protocol for Beginners
Vincenzo Viscosi and Andrea Cardini, that is very clear.
