Subject: Help with Partial Least Squares in MorphoJ

Hi!
I'm trying to perform a PLS in MorphoJ, one of my data sets contains shape
data, but I need help with the other data set which contains ecological
information (text file with Temperatures, water speed, etc.), some one knows
which is the correct format of this data set (New data set, Covariance matrix),
and if the set must contain just ecological information or must include a
column with the ID of the specimens.
