Subject: Correspondence in Landmark between .dta and .ply files
To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>Hello all,Hopefully this will be a simple question to answer. I was hoping to use the morph function in Landmark to see the effects of various PCs on my 3D specimens. I followed the guidance on the MorphoJ for exporting the .dta files from the graph tab of my PC analysis and saved accordingly. However, when I import the .dta file into my project in Landmark and attempt to link the landmarks in the View->Correspondences dialog box, I'm finding that my landmarks won't be corresponded! I have used the dialog box to auto place landmarks before on a number of .ply files, however it isn't working in this situation.Any advice to solve this issue, or a workaround to display a 3D model of the principal components would be much appreciated. Thanks,AshleighAshleigh HarudaGraduate Research StudentUniversity of ExeterDepartment of ArchaeologyLaver Building, North Park RoadExeter EX4 4QE+44 07910389144
