Hi all, I'm curious to know about the relationships between Goodall's F (used in the IMP package twogroups) and the pairwise permutation tests used in MorphoJ. For example, If I have two groups, and I run a discriminant function with permutation tests for significance (Procrustes or Mahalanobis pairwise distance)...does this amount to the same test as Goodall's F? A MorphoJ-related question...if we have multiple groups, are the significance values of pairwise comparisons corrected for using Boneferroni (or another) correction? Thanks, ~John John S. S.
