Hi, we run into the same problem yesterday with version 1.53. We re installed an older version and it worked (we used the same file). I'd suggest to try with a previous version of tpsRelw first.

Dear Buono

you have to check your final TPS file because you may take a mistake with digitizing. I think a possible cause of this error is that you forgot to digitize a landmark or you has replaced one landmark to another.

this error message often goes along with mistakes when editing the file (e.g., a space, comma, etc. too much or missing).

Did you check that decimal places are separated by points not commas, or that values are separated by spaces and not tab stops?
