FYI: NTSYSpc is the only software that I know of that correctly handles ties in the input dissimilarity matrix. However, it is usually a less important consideration for Procrustes distances because rounding errors are apt to break any ties.

Dear Sir,
I would like to realize an UPGMA phenogram using the matrix of Procrustes distances.
Which software should I use? Can I use MorphoJ?
best regards,
Giulia Guidarelli
