especially for those who are not gifted with
numbers (I am one of those!) and are interested
in the use of PLS to study integration within a
structure, I would strongly suggested to read this, if you missed it:
Baab KL. 2013. The impact of superimposition
choice in geometric morphometric approaches to
morphological integration. Journal of human evolution 65: 689–692.
Most interesting and wonderfully well written and clear.
