Subject: digitize2d problem
To: [email protected]Hi all, I am trying to to digitize two-dimensional(2D) landmarks from .jpg files using digitize2d in geomorph without success.#First I set the work dir where the jpg files are:setwd("Vulpes/test")#then list the jpg's files in dir:spec <- list.files()[grep("jpg", list.files())]#Now I have a character vector of jpg's filenames and run:digitize2d(spec, nlandmarks=5, scale=1)#and this error appears:Error in basename (file):a character vector is expected as an argument#The command diitize2d is quite straightforward but always I get that error. I feed digitize2d whit a character vector so I don't know what is happening. Any help is welcome! Thanks in advance.Alejo
