Thankyou for the notification, Prof Bookstein, I am looking forward eagerly to
reading - and discussing!
Unfortunately, it looks like CUP are only selling a digital edition in
Australia and New Zealand at present. So I'll be waiting a while to see it in
its full glory.
Funny thing, too, Amazon USA are selling a 'used' copy for 22 cents more than
the one new that is listed!
