Multiply the scores on those axes you want to reverse by -1.0

Alternatively, multiply the corresponding eigenvector by -1.0 prior to projection.

Hi all-

I plan to add semilandmarks to work I previously did in MorphoJ. In the process of duplicating my work with non-sliding landmarks in Geomorph, I noticed all my PC axis directions are reversed. Is there anything I can do to re-orient the axes? I understand that the results are equivalent, but it would be helpful.
