Patrick,
IDAV Landmark does have the "capability" to do videos of the warping. However,
it is clunky and slow, in my experience.
You could save a set of the ply files in sequence and make your own stop-start
video.
Or you could get some video recording software for the screen on your computer
and record the window as you slide the bar along, but that again would be
clunky because of the time it takes to render each version.

Dear morphometrics,
I am looking for good way to visualize my shape changes from 3D
morphometrics. I did analysis with morphoJ and imported shape changes
into IDAV Landmarks, because the changes are difficult to understand
with grids or wire frames. Is it possible to export the morphing from
IDAV Landmarks as a short video sequence to show them in presentation.
Or is there another program for this (AMIRA?). Thanks in advance.
