I could add such an option to tpsUtil but there would have to be some
constraints on the format of the csv file. For example, the coordinates in the
first two (or 3) columns and some way to know where the coordinates for one
specimen left off and the next begins.

Hello all-

A friend wants to use Geomorph, but his digitized landmark files are exported
from Aviso (CT image processing software) in csv format. Is there a conversion
utility to go from csv to nts or tps? I checked the SUNY morphometrics page and
saw several conversion tools but they all go the other way from nts to csv.

Does a csv to nts file converter exist?

Thank you

Will Ary
