If you plan on using geomorph, you can take advantage of the R environment to
subset your landmarks. Assuming you have used arrayspecs() to create a
landmark array (call this e.g., my.landmarks) with p x k x n dimensions for the
p landmarks in k landmark dimensions for n specimens, you can simply do
