Hello everybody! My name is Cristina and this is my first time in the group. I'd be grateful If you could help me with a doubt.
I’m studying fluctuating asymmetry (FA) in a matching symmetry structure. I’m basing my study on the geometric morphometrics technique. In order to test the FA of shape I used a Procrustes ANOVA, and to test the FA of size I used a Two-way ANOVA. My question is, how can I assess homoscedasticity in my sample? If I’d found heterogeneity of variances, should I use a non-parametric test different to the ANOVA? Thanks in advance, cheers! -- MORPHMET may be accessed via its webpage at http://www.morphometrics.org To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to [email protected].
