Hi All, I would like to make warp grids showing deformation change between two populations. I have matching symmetrical data (right and left lateral photographs of crania) with two replicates of each side. PCAGen seems like it would work great but only for TPS files (perhaps I am mistaken). I have symmetrized and averaged my specimen data in Sage but can't seem to find out how to show deformation grids. I tried using plotTangentSpace in R but the output was not what I was looking for. I also would like to magnify the deformation 10x.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I apologize if this is a basic question. Mike ----------------- Michael W.
