Hello, I am an orthodontic resident and I have been working on a research on the effects of orthodontic treatment on condylar shape and condyle-glenoid fossa spatial relationship on patients suspected with osteoarthritis of the joint. I have been directed toward the 3-D landmarking software- Checkpoint by Stratovan. I was also recommended to use the Procrustes coordinates. Unfortunately I am not familiar with geometric morphometrics. I was looking to see if there would be anyone who may be available to collaborate with me on this project or would be willing to guide me trough the steps of using the 3-D coordinates (original or Procrustes) generated by Checkpoint and analyze them. I have a sample of about 30 patients who have a pre-treatment CBCT x-ray and a post-orthodontic treatment CBCT x-ray and I am interested in seeing if there were any changes in the condyles occuring between the 2 timepoints. I would really appreciate any feedback/help/advice. Thank you! Deborah
