Can somebody guide me with a test i´m trying to perform?

I have a dataset of 125 Human specimens with mandibular landmarks.
I have a clasifier that´s called "Clase esqueletal" (skeletal class). 

And i need to know if the shape of the human mandibula varies among skeletal 
classes. I used CVA in order to compare the 3 skeletal classes, but i´m trying 
now to compare the 3 groups (2 skeletal classes) wtih the Procrustes ANOVA. But 
i´m not sure what to enter on de dialog box in MorphoJ

Here is what i did
In the first analysis under individual i put the name of the pecimens and on 
extra i put the clasifier "clase esqueletal" which has 3 options (I, II and III)

Then on the other analysis i put "clase esqueletal" under individual and 
nothing else. I gto the same results.
