Hi Morphemeticians, I have run some 2-block partial least squares analyses (using the two.b.pls function in R), and I was hoping I could get some advice on interpreting the results. Several of my tests result in significant p-values (p=0.001), but I am hoping to be more specific, and to discuss which blocks have stronger covariation than others. The PLS.corr values for the tests vary from 0.3648487 to 0.8836766. Am I able to use these values as comparative indicators of the strength of covariation? For example, would I be able to say that the blocks resulting in a PLS.corr value 0.8 covary more strongly than the blocks resulting in scores of 0.3? Thank you for your help.
