Recently Christoph Gierl pointed out to me that the version numbers for many of the tps programs were not consistent. Sometimes the version in the software, what was given on the website, and what the install program stated did not match. The problem seems, in part due to a server crash at life.bio.sunysb.edu and many files had to be reloaded. I have also used several install file creating programs.
I have just recompiled, created install files, and updated with webpages for TpsPLS, tpsRegr, tpsRelw, TpsSmall, TpsSuper, TpsTree, TpsTri, and tpsUtil so these should now be consistent. This also involved a fresh compile of all the programs. I will try to keep the version numbers consistent in the future.
