I have just uploaded version 1.43 of tpsRegr to the http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph server.
This version add the option to use the complement method of Rohlf and Bookstein (2003) in addition to the prior linearized Procrustes method of Bookstein (1996). An advantage of the complement method is that the reference configuration does not have to be aligned to its PC axes. Thanks to Sonja Windhager for suggestion such an addition. ____________________________________________ F. James Rohlf, Distinguished Professor, Emeritus.
