I have just uploaded version 1.43 of tpsRegr to the
http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph server.

 

This version add the option to use the complement method of Rohlf and
Bookstein (2003) in addition to the prior linearized Procrustes method of
Bookstein (1996).  An advantage of the complement method is that the
reference configuration does not have to be aligned to its PC axes.  Thanks
to Sonja Windhager for suggestion such an addition.
