I have just uploaded to the Stony Brook server another tpsUtil update.
The major change was the addition of a new, but rather specialized,
module to "unbend" the landmark positions in a deformed specimen based
on the assumption that the deformation can be described by a simple
quadratic curve (in the fish dataset that motivated this program they
fit remarkably well).

In addition, I made some improvements in the input and output of several
of the existing modules so it is worth a download even if you do not
plan to use the new module for unbending.
