I am looking for software that can measure the angle between two lines WITHOUT having to identify the vertex of the angle. Many of the angles I am interested in are very small and I cannot plot the vertex within the borders of the image. I have looked at SigmaScan and ImageJ (from the NIH) and I believe these programs both require the user to plot the vertex. Any suggestions?
