We will be working with ELL students and students in need of improvement. They will be working with our aides. I would like to do a mini training with the aides to acquaint them with the strategies. Have any of you done any aide training? I was looking at the powerpoints on the TOOLS section. They seems to be too much. I want to give the aides a simple template to work with the students and their reading interventions. Thanks. Ro
