I am inclined to agree with Lori. Too many people want to hang on to the old. I must also say that age or years of teaching have very little to do with hanging on to the old. I have been teaching as long if not longer (33 years) than most anyone in my building yet I am constantly looking for new research and technology to facilitate the learning of my students.
