Can you tell me more about this words their way program you use. I
have a young kindergarten student who is very bright and has made
leaps and bounds in his reading abilities, but it is still difficult
to maintain that level of fun and excitement for reading every single
lesson. I often get more involved in classroom management than
teaching at times, and getting a transition back into academics is
often difficult. I pretty much have as much leeway as I want with
regard to how I am teaching him as long as he gets some work done
according to his IEP, and all of the individuals involved in this
students progress. Do you have any other suggestions for fun and
exciting ways to teach, any subject I guess. I try to be as animated
as possible for the three hours he is in school, but it does get
exausting! I totally sympathize with you on not enough time. I know
that it may seem easier for me becaue I have so much leg room, but I
think some teachers don't know how hard coming up with everything on
your own can be too.
