I'm looking at my book, and comparing it to the one online, and I guess I'm reading the first edition, although I think I may have the second edition lying around here somewhere. (Lost in the milieu of my obsessive book collection. It's probably sitting next to my copy of Elaine's book which I can't locate either!) I've been a reading machine this summer! Hopefully, I'll run across it as I further organize my classroom.

I'd love to see your thread on it. Hey everyone, I just finished rereading Richard Allington's What Really Matters for Struggling Readers, and I have some questions for my expert friends on this list. I'm going to post them separately so the threads don't get too mixed up. (hope that's OK, and that you don't mind helping me improve my understanding.)
