Our decision for 20 is based in part on expectations for reading recovery students discontinuing in the spring. 20 is certainly advanced.
I would also like to see more nonfiction. As coaches, we are recommending that children be required to pass both the fiction and nonfiction at levels available next year. I know, I know, should have been done this year but we made so many changes that we thought this could wait one more year.
